Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) is hiring candidates for the post of Assistant Training Officer (Stenographer English) and Junior Technical Assistant in the Department of Textile. There are 07 vacancies for the given posts, whereas for the Assistant Training Officer post, there are 02 vacancies and for the Junior Technical Assistant post there are 05 vacancies.

Qualification for TNPSC Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for the TNPSC Recruitment 2023 must have the following qualification.

Assistant Training Officer

• Candidate must have been declared eligible for College course of study.
• Candidate must have passed the Government Technical Examination in Typewriting by the Senior Grade (Formerly Higher Grade)(English) and in Shorthand by the Senior Grade (English).
• Candidate must have passed the Government Technical Examination in Typewriting by the Junior Grade (Formerly Lower Grade) (Tamil) and in Shorthand by Junior Grade (Tamil).
• Provided that other things being equal, Preference shall be given to candidates, who possess teaching experience for a period of not less than one year

Junior Technical Assistant

• Candidate must possess Minimum General Educational Qualification.
• Candidate must possess a Diploma in Handloom Technology obtained from the Indian Institute of Handloom Technology, Salem or Varanasi, or from any other recognized Institute of Handloom Technology.
• Diploma in Textile Manufacture obtained from the Technological Diploma Examination Board, Madras or the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Tamil Nadu

Salary for TNPSC Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the Official notification of TNPSC Recruitment 2023, the candidate appointed Assistant Training Officer post will get be paid between Rs.35900 to Rs.131500 and for the Junior Technical Assistant post applicant will get a salary between Rs.35400 to Rs.130400 per month.

Application Fee for TNPSC Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of TNPSC Recruitment 2023, candidates must pay a one-time online registration fee of Rs.150 as well as an examination fee of Rs.100. Candidates must pay an Rs.100 CBT examination fee payable by online mode through Net Banking / Credit card / Debit card on or before the last date of submission of online application by choosing the option in the online application.
