WAPCOS Recruitment 2023: WAPCOS Limited an ‘ISO 9001:2015 Govt. of India undertaking requires an eligible aspirant for the Communication Specialist, Agriculture Economist, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, and Irrigation Specialist posts for ongoing projects work related to Ground Water Resource Development And Management Division” on Fixed term basis. In accordance with the official notification of WAPCOS Recruitment 2023, there are 04 vacancies for the given posts. Candidates will get a remuneration between Rs.100000 to Rs.80000 per month. According to the WAPCOS Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the selected applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of working experience in the relevant fields. The maximum age limit of the given post is 45 years as of 01.03.2023. and age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWBMD will be as per Government rules.
As given in the official notification of WAPCOS Recruitment 2023, the applicants who are working in Govt. Departments/PSU/Autonomous bodies are required to apply through the proper channels or produce a no-objection certificate. Candidates will be selected on an Interview basis and posted anywhere in India or abroad as per the exigencies of works of the Company. Eligibility for various posts is mentioned below.
Communication Specialist
Post Graduate in Communication/ Ruler Development or Agriculture Extension with at least 10 years of Experience in Providing training and Extension services in the agriculture sector; working Experience in communication including design and compilation of IEC material, participatory rural appraisal, and Farmer field schools; and grass-roots experience, Especially Working with farmers and Civil Society Organisations.
Agriculture Economist
Post Graduate in any discipline related to the Agriculture Sector with at least 10 years of experience in economic analysis of the agriculture sector; should have sound technical knowledge of crop water requirement, agriculture market fluctuations and their impact on the producer, computing the economic rate of returns, working experience with farmers and civil society organization
Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist
Postgraduates in Rural Management with at least 10 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of development progress for large projects; should have technical knowledge of monitoring & evaluation tools such as logical framework analysis(LFA), result-based framework (RBM) & Delivery Linked Assessment (DLA)
Irrigation Specialist
Post Graduate in Agriculture/irrigation Engineering with at least 10 years of experience in design, field–testing, and marketing of agriculture tools and implements; sound technical knowledge on design of agronomic practices, drudgery reduction agriculture equipment, farm practices for irrigation efficiency and micro irrigation; experience n site selection and construction of small water harvesting structure; good understanding of soil-crop suitability, crop varieties, and agro-meteorology; and working experience at the village level, farmers and civil society organization must
Selected candidates for the post of Communication Specialist, Agriculture Economist, and Irrigation Specialist will get Rs. 80000 per month, and candidates who will be selected for Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist post will get Rs. 100000 per month.
