WBPSC Recruitment 2023: West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC) is conducting the Miscellaneous Services Recruitment Examination to hire candidates for the positions of Assistant Child Development Project Officer, Disaster Management Officer/Block Disaster Management Officer, Block Youth Officer/Municipal Youth Officer/Borough Youth Officer, Block Welfare Officer /Welfare Officer, Inspector, Backward Classes Welfare, Assistant Agricultural Marketing Officer (Administrative), Assistant Programme Officer, Controller of Correctional Services, Inspector of Agricultural Income Tax, Consumer Welfare Officer, Savings Development Officer, Posts in West Bengal Subordinate Labour Service, Auditor of Co-operative Societies, Assistant Auditor, Board of Revenue, Extension Officer, Mass Education Extension, Lady Extension Officer, Mass Education Extension, Assistant Controller of Correctional Services, Investigating Inspector, and Revenue Inspector. Candidates willing to apply for WBPSC Recruitment 2023 should not be less than 20 years and should not be more than 39 years.
According to the official notification of WBPSC Recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 82900. In order to apply for WBPSC Recruitment 2023, the applicant hold a degree from a recognized university. Candidates have to pay Rs. 160 as application fee and SC/ST candidates of West Bengal and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) having physical disability of 40% and above are not required to pay any fee. The sum of up to Rs. 82900 will be given to the selected candidate for WBPSC Recruitment 2023.
Candidates must have the given below qualifications to apply for WBPSC Recruitment 2023.
1- The applicant must hold a Degree from a recognized University or its equivalent.
2- The applicant must have the ability to read, write and speak in Bengali (not required for those candidates whose mother tongue is Nepali).
3- The applicant must have kjnowledge of Bengali will be tested for candidates whose mother tongue is other than Bengali/Nepali at the time of the Personality Test. Candidature of the candidates with average and/or poor performance in the said knowledge of Bengali Test shall be liable to be cancelled.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and interview.
