He has been engaged in internal audits, process reviews and corporate governance reviews of some of the largest organisations domestically and globally. Mr. Mittal has authored several books including “Risk Based Internal Audit Plan”. He is also the Co-opted Member of the Internal Audit Standards Board of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has also served as faculty for the Information Systems Control and Audit on the board of the ICAI for 3 consecutive years and has been a speaker on various public forums on topics including corporate governance, corporate fraud, internal audits and other related subjects.
