WCL, Miniratna Cat. 1 PSU is a Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking- CIL subsidiary. It came into existence on 1st November 1975. It is engaged in the mining of Coal through its mines spread in its 10 Areas located in the States of Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. Bifurcated in January 1986, SECL was carved out from WCL with 67 Mines producing 30.71 MT. With this bifurcation, WCL was left with 60 mines producing 18.17 MT. Candidates should have cumulative experience/exposure for at least 5 years during the last 10 years in Finance/ Business Development/ Production/ Operations/ Marketing/ HR/ Personnel Management/ IR/ Project Management in a large organization of repute. Experience in the Coal/ Mining sector is desirable to experience.

Candidates should be under the age of 45 years.
