Overview:

Whirlpool is hiring eligible and interested applicants for the post of Senior Finance Manager- Accounts Payable at their Gurugram, Haryana, India location.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Leading team and handling people scorecards
  • Stakeholder Management: Working closely with Leadership and cross functional teams
  • Driving statutory compliances (GST, TDS and other statutes) and internal controls
  • Audits: Support Internal, Statutory audit and Group audits
  • Reviews: BSR and others functional reviews
  • Drive & Lead process efficiency through automation and CI initiatives
  • Ensuring all accounts payable processes are in place and working effectively
  • Leading periodical vendor reconciliations and resolving open items
  • Compliances to Company policies and SOA
  • Maintaining repository of all supplier agreements
  • Ensure backup documentation for all invoices
  • MIS – Performance Dashboards & Review templates

Minimum requirements:

  • Education: CA/ICWA/MBA with 10-12 years of relevant experience

Experience:

  • 10-12 Years of working experience in Accounts Payable, Payment Processing in SAP and Control & Compliances related to Accounts Payables
  • Proficient in MS Excel and SAP Knowledge (FI & MM module)
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management
  • Working knowledge of TDS and GST
