Yatra Online Files Draft Paper With SEBI For Rs 750 Crore IPO Yatra Online Ltd, India's largest travel services company, has filed draught papers with the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for a Rs 750 crore initial public offering (IPO). The entire sum will be raised through a new share offering. According to estimates, up to 93,28,358 equity shares could be sold. Yatra Online Inc, the parent company of Yatra Online Ltd, is already a Nasdaq-listed company. Also read: Paytm's tumultuous journey from being the world's largest IPO to hitting an all-time low. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the fresh issue for strategic investments, acquisitions, and inorganic growth, as well as customer acquisition and other organic growth activities, according to the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP). The funds would be used for general business reasons as well. The OFS will see THCL Travel Holdings Cyprus Ltd sell up to 88,96,998 equity shares and Pandara Trust, Scheme I sell up to 4,31,360 equity shares through its trustee Vistra ITCL (India) Ltd. In addition, the company may explore issuing further equity shares, including a private placement for up to Rs 145 crore. In this instance, the size of the new issue will be reduced. DAM Capital Advisors Ltd, SBI Capital Markets Ltd and IIFL Securitues Ltd are the book running lead managers for the issue.
