Zepto is hiring an experienced Senior Manager II – Agency Development at their Mumbai locations. The Agency Development Manager is a strategic and enthusiastic individual who puts media agencies at the core of everything we do. This is an incredible opportunity to build and manage key agency relationships, be a platform and product expert, and be the face of the company when it comes to agency stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Agency Development Lead Responsibilities
• Serve as an external product consultant educating agencies on Zepto’s solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow the agency partnership.
• Develop and implement programs to improve agency capabilities and education through training, business reviews, and product updates.
• Identify, build and manage relationships with key agency partners across a range of disciplines (Executive, Analytics, Planning, Strategy, Commercial, Measurement).
• Work with the Agency Head to develop holistic business plans aligned with in-market needs.
• Work with Zepto’s cross-functional communities (Product, Customer Success, Ad Ops) to develop an agency strategy to maximize growth and
  build partnerships that scale revenue.
• Manage and negotiate complex agency contracts to successful completion.

What We’re Looking For

• 4-8 years’ experience in handling media agency sales and/or digital media sales.
• Organizational and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial in nature and comfortable in ambiguous situations
• Interpersonal skills and ability to develop solid working relationships inside and outside of Zepto.
• Understanding of media agency business models and experience working with cross functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and
  operations
