UG/PG CLAT EXAM Rescheduled to be held on 19 June 2022
The Executive Committee of the Consortium of National Law Universities met on the 14th March, 2022 and resolved as follows:
The UG-CLAT shall be a 2-hour test, with 150 multiple choice questions (MCQ) carrying 1 mark each. There shall be negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.
The objective section. There is no descriptive section. The objective section will have 100 multiple-choice questions, with each carrying one mark. Each incorrect answer will invite a penalty of 0.25 marks.
Constitutional Law have separated part and rest other have all ( Jurisprudence, Administrative Law, Law of Contract, Torts, Family Law, Criminal Law, Property Law, Company Law, Public International Law, Tax Law, Environmental Law, and Labour & Industrial Law) of this.
Constitutional Law have 60 questions, and other have 60 questions.
