Overview:

Disney + Hotstar is hiring an experienced Corporate Strategy, Product at their Bangalore location. You will play a key role in enabling decision making at the centre. You will report directly to the Office Lead and drive deep thought and analytics to Projects working closely with the Product team. Roles and responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should be able to:

• Support leadership to determine, articulate and execute the go-forward vision, strategies and tactics to develop a world class product ecosystem.
• Prioritize engineering initiatives to optimize manpower and current/forward-looking business priorities.
• Coordinate with Product Management to ensure product road maps and release plans are aligned to engineering level resourcing and task plans.
• Program-manage initiatives that require collaboration across geographically-dispersed Product teams; Manage an efficient operating rhythm for planning, preparations and follow-ups.
• Serve as a key contact with senior stakeholders and take the lead in business processes (e.g. Reporting, developing senior executive presentations, optimizing people processes etc.).

Eligibility:

• BE/B.Tech, with MBA (preferred, but not required).
• 4+ years of total experience with program management in technology.
• 2 years in software engineering (ideally in product-tech (e.g. Amazon/Google/tech startups etc.).
• 1 year in management consulting.
• Strong interest in technology.
• Deep understanding of organizational working and ability to implement the right controls and processes.
• Strong ability to prioritize and think ahead.
• Structured problem solving.
