Overview:

Cipla is hiring for an experienced Team Member – API Finance at Lower Parel, Maharashtra to Support the business team in achieving revenue targets, pricing decisions, expenses, margins, etc. so as to ensure that the overall business target is achieved within the desired time frame.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

What will you be doing:

• Prepare annual budget & 5-year Strat Plan for Third-Party API business and seek management approval on it so as to align it with overall company’s target.
• Prepare API Operational Review deck (MOR) on monthly basis to provide business highlights, and key hits/misses for the month to MC member which enable them to have an updated-on business and take appropriate decision wherever required.
• Support business team on continuous basis in different areas which enables them to achieve annual sales target
• Track receivable of business for timely recovery of our dues and ensure minimum overdue invoices
• Support S&OP team in preparing and finalizing Captive Budget for capacity planning to ensure smooth flow of business operation of formulation business of the company
• Prepare Costing data base which helps business team to have updates about recent cost of our products which enables them to take pricing decision
• Prepare financial model for nan terms of Revenue / profit sharing so as to get higher business out of new molecule.

Qualifications for this job:

• MBA Finance / CA 5 to 7 years (preferably Business Finance)
• Communication Skills (clarity of thought, comprehension)

• Job / Product / Technical Knowledge / Pharma domain knowledge
