NPCI Recruitment 2022: National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), an umbrella organization for retail payments in India, is an initiative of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and the Indian Banks’ Association (IBA). NPCI invites applications for the posts of Manager – Product Development.

This role of the Product Manager is to work with Banks, NHAI & IHMCL, and internal teams to set the strategic context for NETC products. The Product Manager is required to analyze the business requirement and develop the product right from the conceptualization stage, construct the product, set up product variants to cater to different segments, and define marketing strategies to enhance product activation. The job location is in Mumbai (Goregaon).

Role Description for NPCI Recruitment 2022:

• Undertake projects and activities to achieve the assigned Income lines and monitor cost lines for the product.
• Responsible for client interaction with senior-level business users, consulting about high-impact changes, and responsible for change requests and enhancements.
• Acting as a bridge between the development team and any third party regarding software functionality throughout the development cycle & implementation.
• Developed and managed project plans, project agreements BRDs SOWs, Contracts, DOUs, etc.
• Act as an interface between technology and business / operational teams to provide functional expertise to set up processes.

Skills Required for NPCI Recruitment 2022:

• Sound understanding and practical experience of modern technology stacks, and hosting infrastructures including cloud and on premise.
• Experience in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies for software products in addition to core product development experience.
• Experience of working in the Banking and payment domain, Mobility, and transit payment is preferable.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and planning skills and expense management experience is a plus.

Qualifications for NPCI Recruitment 2022:

• University graduate or post-graduate with B. Tech, BE, B.Com, MBA, MCA, MSC.
• UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization.
• PG: M.Tech in Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization.
• Experience: 5 to 9 years
