The Performance Criteria for NPCI Recruitment 2022: 

• Once the business demand or approval is received, enable Bank on all projects/certifications (including allied businesses) within NPCI timelines. Ensure that kick-off meetings of the NPCI product/technology team are held along with all the Bank relevant stakeholders for all new NPCI upcoming projects. TD and BD percentages must be kept at the NPCI baseline.
• Upgrades to the NPCI network and equipment that are located on Bank property should take volume into account and be approved by the Bank. Make that the correct escalation matrix is used when reporting operational and project-related issues to Bank officials.
• Ensure operational MIS with the bank and NPCI on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Weekly, monthly, quarterly, or as-needed project tracking In all technical talks.
