DGFT Amends Import policy of Artemia Cyst The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has amended Import Policy of Artemia Cyst under ITC (IIS) Code 0511 91 40 of Chapter-OS of ITC (HS), 2022, Schedule-I (Import Policy). The Notification Stated, "In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 and section 5 of FT (D&R) Act, 1992, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends the import policy of ITC (HS) 05119140 of Chapter 05 of ITC (HS) 2022, Schedule 1 (Import Policy) as under:" Effect of this Notification: The import policy of artemia cyst under ITC (HS) 05119140 is revised from 'Restricted' to 'Free'.
