CPCL Recruitment 2022: Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL)  invites applications for various posts. There are a total of 22 vacancies for these posts which may increase or decrease in the relevant categories at the absolute discretion of the Management and in compliance with the Presidential Directives on the reservation at the time of appointment. The Age Limit for these posts is 28 years, which may vary depending on the post. General, EWS, and OBC candidates are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs.1000.

The selection shall be made through an Online Test (to be held tentatively in Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Kochin, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Bangalore only) and Personal Interviews of the short-listed candidates for assessment of different facets of Knowledge, Skills, Attitude, Aptitude, etc, SC / ST / PwBD / ExSM / Women candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.

Mode of Selection:

The selection shall be made through an Online Test (to be held tentatively in Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Kochin, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore only) and Personal Interviews of the shortlisted candidates for assessment of different facets of Knowledge,
Skills, Attitude, Aptitude, etc.

Pay and Emoluments:

Candidates will be appointed in the IDA Pay Scale of `50,000-1,80,000 on a basic pay of 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) in Grade ‘A’ in the Supervisory cadre, subject to medical fitness. Besides Basic Pay, Industrial pattern of DA, HRA, Cafeteria, Conveyance Maintenance, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, LFA (lumpsum) / LTC, Reimbursement of Medical expenses for Self and dependents and other benefits including Superannuation benefits would be provided according to the rules of the Corporation. The Cost to Company, including PRP, works out to about  17 lakhs per annum.
