The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India(ICAI) has made announcement Regarding non- availability of LLP Version 3 of the MCA- 21 Portal and Company e-Filings on V2 portal for 9 forms from 27th Aug (12:00AM) to 28th Aug (11:59PM).

As you are aware, the MCA has migrated LLP filings to an upgraded Version 3 of the MCA- 21 Portal, and as the first phase, the go-live of the revised and enhanced LLP forms has commenced from 8th March, 2022.

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs is launching the first set of Nine (9) Company Forms on the MCA21 V3 portal in the second phase.

These forms will be live at 12:00 AM on August 31, 2022. In this phase, the following forms will be made available: DPT-3, DPT-4, CHG-1, CHG-4, CHG-6, CHG-8, & CHG-9, DIR3-KYC Web, DIR3-KYC E-form

To facilitate implementation of these 9 Company forms in V3 MCA21 portal, stakeholders are advised to note the following points:

1. LLP V3 portal will not be available from 27th Aug (12:00AM) to 28th Aug (11:59PM).

2. Company e-Filings on V2 portal have been disabled for these 9 Forms and will not be available from 27th Aug (12:00AM) to 28th Aug (11:59PM).

3. V2 Portal for company filing will remain available
