The candidate will be responsible for Quality analysis of Dairy & Food products packed under Amul brand. The major responsibilities includes independently performing sample preparation, extraction & analysis of food and agricultural products, interpreting & managing data, providing technical support to junior laboratory technical team, coordinating & supporting laboratory management, caring out calibration, validation & maintenance of equipments, performing routine operations and troubleshooting issues related to lab equipments, developing & validating analytical method as per desired accuracy of results, providing inputs and technical information as needed for laboratory functions. The candidate will also responsible for managing quality documents and records, keeping work area safe and uncluttered and preparing laboratory SOPs.
