Gauhati High Court Recruitment 2023: The Office of Registrar (Administration)-cum-In-Charge, Centralized Recruitment, Gauhati High Court has called in Online Applications from the Professionals Eligible for Appointment on the Director Post in the Law Research Institute, Eastern Region, Guwahati. As per the Gauhati High Court Recruitment 2023 Advertisement issued, Notified 01 Vacancy for Director Post to be filled up by Appointment is in the Usual Pay Scale (Pay Band-4) of Rs.30000 -110000 Lac with Grade Pay 15700 Plus Other Perquisites admissible under the Rules.
Among the Eligible Candidates with Willingness to be Applicants for the Director Post in Gauhati High Court may proceed with completing the Online Application Process following the Instructions prescribed in the Gauhati High Court Recruitment 2023 Notification issued for the purpose. The Last Date for the Willing Candidates with the Eligibility shall terminate on 22nd March 2023 (22.03.2023) notified in the Gauhati High Court Recruitment 2023 Advertisement.

Based on the Gauhati High Court Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, Post-appointment Suitable Officer shall be be entitled to the Pay Scale mentioned hereunder:
Pay Scale: (Pay Band-4) of Rs.30000 -1.10 Lac with Grade Pay 15700 Plus Other Perquisites admissible under the Rules.
According to the Gauhati High Court Recruitment 2023 Notification the Category specific Age Limit and Community Based Upper Age Limits prescribed for the Post are as as per the Government Rules explained:
I) General Merit/Open Category Candidate should Not Exceed 38 Years.
II) OBC/MOBC Category Candidate should be Maximum 38 Years.
III) Relaxation in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved Community PwBDs, SC, ST (P/H) mentioned in this Gauhati High Court Recruitment 2023 Notification.
IV) Note: The Upper Age Limit (with regard to the Working Personnel) will be considered up to 50 (Fifty) Years with a Philosophiae Doctor/Doctorate Degree for General/Un-Reserved Category Candidates.
The Applicant should have
I) a Minimum 1st Class Master’s Degree in Sociology/Social Anthropology/Political Science/History (ancient);
II) A Bachelor of Legal Laws (LL.B.)/Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
Experience: Minimum 05 Years’ Experience in Research Works.
Selection on Director Post shall be carried through on Merit likely to be determined by the Selection Committee constituted for the purpose. The Office of Registrar (Administration)-Cum-In-Charge, Centralized Recruitment, Gauhati High Court shall issue a Separate Communiqué for same at a later stage.
As may be referred to the Gauhati High Court Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Candidates shall need to remit the Application Fee Online using the Payment Gateway:
i) Reserved Community: Rs. 250 (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty) only.
ii) Un-Reserved and Other Category/ies: Rs.500 (Rupees Five Hundred) only.
