SAI Recruitment 2023 for 54 Vacancies: Check Posts, Qualifications and Other Details
SAI Recruitment 2023: Sports Authority of India (SAI) is hiring candidates for High-Performance Analyst and Performance Analysts posts. There are 54 vacancies. As per the SAI Recruitment 2023 Notification, the age limit is between 40 years to 45 years. According to the official Recruitment advertisement of SAI Recruitment 2023 the salary will be between Rs. 60000 to Rs. 105000. Candidate may be posted anywhere across India as per the requirement of SAI. The contract can be terminated by giving a 30 days notice period by either party, i.e. SAI and the employee. In cases of extreme impropriety by the employee, the contract may be terminated immediately without notice.
Initial contractual engagement will be for 1 year, further extendable in a cycle of 1 year up to a maximum of 8 years on the basis of performance. The engagement of HPA on a contract basis shall not confer on them any right for absorption or appointment on a regular basis in SAI. All applicants must fulfill the essential requirement as stipulated in the advertisement. They are advised to satisfy themselves before applying that they possess at least the essential qualifications laid down. No enquiry asking for advice as to eligibility will be entertained. As per the SAI Recruitment 2023 Notification, the closing date for submission of the online application is 6 PM on 07.03.2023.

Post-wise qualifications are given below;
High-Performance Analyst
1. Bachelor’ degree means a minimum of 3 years of an undergraduate academic degree or equivalent from any recognized university / Institution after passing 10+2 from a recognized Education Board.
2. Master’s degree means 2 years post-graduate academic degree from any recognized university/Institution after passing a minimum 3 years bachelor’s degree.
3. Ph. D means 3 years research degree from any recognized university/ Institution after passing
2 years Master’s degree.
Performance Analysts
1. Bachelor’s degree means a minimum of 3 years of an undergraduate academic degree or equivalent from any recognized university / Institution after passing 10+2 from a recognized Education Board.
2. A master’s degree means 2 years of a postgraduate academic degree from any recognized university/Institution after passing a minimum of 3 years of a bachelor’s degree.
3. Ph. D means 3 years research degree from any recognized university/ Institution after passing 2 years of Master’
degree.

As per the official recruitment notification, the consolidated monthly remuneration is Rs 105000 with an annual increment up to 10% based on performance assessment.
Performance Analysts
