Dream 11 is hiring an experienced Associate – Dream Capital at their Mumbai location. You will be studying market dynamics, identifying key trends and benchmarking top incumbents / startups in the relevant sectors.

What will you be doing:

Developing investor outreach strategy, leading diligence and closing procedures for primary and secondary fundraises.

Running deal execution – diligence, documentation and post close work streams.

Tracking investor sentiments and deal activity in the Tech ecosystem.

Assisting with investor relations and managing interactions / engagements with potential investors.

Creating detailed strategic frameworks & execution plans to optimise existing and new business verticals.

Qualifications for this Job:

3 years of relevant experience in Tier I investment banking, corporate development or private equity.

Strong corporate finance, accounting, valuation and Powerpoint skills.

Ability to leverage and build professional and personal network for effective sector coverage.

Strong research & analysis skills.

Passion for our core sectors: Sports, fitness and gaming.

Familiarity with the Dream Sports ecosystem.
