IGM Mumbai Recruitment 2022: The India Government Mint, Mumbai is one of the four mints in India and is in the city of Mumbai. In 1829, the governor of the Bombay Presidency at the time established the mint. Producing coins with a development focus and for remembrance is its major business. In the Fort neighbourhood of South Mumbai, the mint is located across from the Reserve Bank of India.
India Government Mint Mumbai is hiring candidates for the Consultant (Welder and Moulder) Posts. The period of the contract will be for 1 year. There are 03 vacancies for these posts. The maximum age limit to apply is 65 years. The salary will be Rs. 30000 per month.
Consultant Welder
Retired from Govt./ PSU/ SPMCIL services (from W-1 to W-6 Level) having functional knowledge and hands-on experience in welding work.
Consultant Moulder
Retired from Govt./ PSU/ SPMCIL services (from W-1 to W-6 Level) having functional knowledge and han9s on experience in moulding work.
1. The application should be submitted in the Pro forma given in the Advertisement.
2. The outer cover should be subscribed as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF CONSULTANT (Welder) or CONSULTANT (Moulder)” whichever 1s applicable.
3. The application should be accompanied with attested copies of certificates in support of educational qualification, age and experience.
4. Duly completed application should be sent to the Chief General Manager, India Government Mint, Shahid Bhagat Singh Road, Fort, Mumbai 400 001 through registered/speed post on or before 26.11.2022. Applications received late/incomplete will be rejected. IGMM Management will not be responsible for any postal delay/loss of documents during transit.

i. The appointment will be purely on a contractual basis initially for a period of one year and depending on the performance, it may be extended as per the requirement of India Govt. Mint, Mumbai.
ii. The selected candidate will not have any claim over other emoluments/benefits/ compensations available to other India Govt. Mint, Mumbai employees.
iii. The selection will be as per the terms and conditions in this advertisement and the candidates will be shortlisted keeping in view their experience, profile, etc., and called for the interview.
iv. No correspondence will be entertained from the applicants who are not selected, either before or after the selection. The decision of SPMCIL would be final and binding.
v. Management reserves the right to reject the application without assigning any reason. The recruitment process can be cancelled/ suspended/ terminated without assigning any reasons. The decision of the management will be final and no appeal will be entertained.
