RGCB Recruitment 2022: Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology (RGCB) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellow in a SERB (DST) funded research project entitled “Normal vs. abnormal hematopoiesis – the result of a deregulated chromatin regulated by Histone chaperone HIRA?” in the Laboratory of Dr. Debasree Dutta at RGCB Thiruvananthapuram. The appointment to the post is for 6 months which can be extended up to 2 years or till the termination of the project. Candidates below the age of 28 years can apply. The monthly remuneration paid is up to Rs. 31000.

Age- Candidates below the age of 28 years can apply. Age relaxation is given as per the Government of India norms.

Remuneration- The monthly remuneration paid is up to Rs. 31000.

Tenure-  The appointment to the post is for 6 months which can be extended up to 2 years or till the termination of the project based on performance evaluation.

Qualification for RGCB Recruitment 2022:

i. Good Academic records with First Class Master’s Degree in any branch of Life Science.

ii. The candidate should have a Post MSc with a minimum of 01-year experience in mammalian cell culture, cell biology techniques including FACS, fluorescence microscopy and molecular biology techniques including blot, PCR, and RNA/DNA isolation.
