MPMRC Recruitment 2022: Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MPMRCL), a joint venture of the Government of India and the Government of Madhya Pradesh is implementing the Bhopal Metro Rail Project & Indore Metro Rail Project in the state of Madhya Pradesh. MPMRCL has invited applications from qualified and experienced candidates to hire for the General Manager, Additional General Manager, Joint General Manager, Senior Deputy General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Manager, and Assistant Manager posts and appointments will be on “Deputation/Contract” initially 3 years for deputation and contract which is extendable up to 5 years, on standard terms & conditions of the Organization. The Advt. No. 1336/HRD/MPMRCL-020/2022 dated 22.11.2022, and Advt. No. 1337/HRD/MPMRCL-021/2022 dated 22.11.2022 has been updated and modified by MPMRCL Recruitment 2022. There are changes in Eligibility, Essential Qualification, and the list of documents in support of the application proposed by the updated MPMRCL Recruitment 2022 Notification. For General Manager/Additional General Manager:

The age of the candidate shall not be above 57 years.

For Joint General Manager:

The age of the candidate shall not be above 55 years.

For Deputy General Manager/ Sr. Deputy General Manager :

The age of the candidate shall not be above 50 years.

Qualifications for MPMRC Recruitment 2022:

For General Manager

As per the MPMRC Recruitment 2022 notification;

1. General Manager Candidates working/worked in METROs (Regular/ Deputation/ Contractual / Consolidated)/ Railways /Govt. Organization / Govt. PSUs/ Joint Venture / Autonomous Bodies.

Minimum 18 years post-qualification experience after obtaining the minimum required qualification in which 5 years experience in relevant field/subdomain. AND

The candidate should be presently working in IDA pay scale of 2120,000- 280,000 OR CDA Pay Matrix Level-14 (7th CPC) or above OR

The candidate should be working for 3 years in IDA Pay scale Rs. 100,000-2,60,000 OR

The candidate should be working for 5 years CDA Pay Matrix Level-13A/13 (7th CPC) OR

*Consolidated pay of Government Organisation of a minimum Rs. 140,000 per month or above and working at the level of GM-E-8 or above.

For Additional General Manager:

As per the MPMRC Recruitment 2022 notification;

Candidates working/ worked in METROs (Regular /Deputation/ Contractual / Consolidated) / Railways / Govt. Organization / Govt. PSUs/ Joint Venture / Autonomous Bodies.

Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience after obtaining the minimum required qualification which is 5 years experience in a relevant field/subdomain. AND

The candidate should be presently working in IDA and pay the scale of 2100,000- 260,000 or above OR

The candidate should be working for 3 years in IDA Pay scale 290,000-2,40,000 OR 2 years in CDA Pay Matrix Level-13A/13 (7th CPC) or above OR

*Consolidated pay of Government Organisation of minimum Rs. 115,000 per month or above and working at the level of AGM- E-7 or above.

For Joint General Manager 

As per the MPMRC Recruitment 2022 notification;

Candidates working/ worked in METROs (Regular / Deputation / Contractual / Consolidated) / Railways / Govt. Organization / Govt. PSUs/ Joint Venture / Autonomous Bodies.

Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience after obtaining the minimum required qualification in which 3 years experience in a relevant field/subdomain. AND

The candidate should be presently working in IDA pay scale of 290,000- 240,000 OR CDA Pay Matrix Level-13A/ 13 (7th CPC) or above OR

The candidate should be working for 3 years in IDA Pay scale 280,000-2,20,000 OR CDA Pay Matrix Level-12 (7th CPC) OR

* Consolidated pay of Government Organisation of a minimum Rs. 100,000 per month or above and working at the level of JGM- E-6 or above.

For Sr. Deputy General Manager 

As per the MPMRC Recruitment 2022 notification;

Candidates working/ worked in METROs (Regular / Deputation / Contractual / Consolidated) / Railways / Govt. Organization / Govt. PSUs/ Joint Venture / Autonomous Bodies.

Minimum 9 years post qualification experience after obtaining the minimum required qualification in which 3 years experience in relevant field/subdomain. AND

The candidate should be presently working in IDA pay scale of 280,000- 220,000 OR CDA Pay Matrix Level-12 (7th CPC) or above OR

The candidate should be working for 3 years in IDA Pay scale 270,000-2,00,000 OR CDA Pay Matrix Level-11 (7th CPC) OR

* Consolidated pay of Government Organisation of minimum Rs. 90,000 per month or above and working at the level of Sr.DGM – E-5 or above.

Deputy General Manager:

As per the MPMRC Recruitment 2022 notification;

Candidates working/ worked in METROs (Regular / Deputation / Contractual / Consolidated) / Railways / Govt. Organization / Govt. PSUs/ Joint Venture / Autonomous Bodies.

Minimum 7 years post qualification experience after obtaining the minimum required qualification in which 3 years experience in relevant field/subdomain. AND

The candidate should be presently working in IDA pay scale of 270,000- 200,000 OR CDA Pay Matrix Level-11 (7th CPC) or above OR

The candidate should be working for 3 years in IDA Pay scale 260,000-1,80,000 OR CDA Pay Matrix Level-10 (7th CPC) OR

* Consolidated pay of Government Organisation of minimum Rs. 80,000 per month or above and working at the level of DGM – E-4 or above.
