Overview:

ANZ is hiring an experienced Analyst at their Bangalore location. As an Analyst you will work closely with Chapter Lead and Product owner of BAU Squads of Identity and Access Management in managing ANZ’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) team in Bangalore in accordance with ANZ Group policy and the external regulatory environment. Also, role has accountability of services provided by the team to internal customers by ensuring all necessary actions are conducted in accordance with ANZ’s policy and procedure within agreed Service Level Arrangements

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

SailPoint (Identity and Access Management)

Extensive experience access management projects.

Experience on RBAC (Role Based Access Control) analysis and implementation.

The Ideal Candidate should also have:

Strong technical and analytical skill

Ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate with others

Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

A team player

The customer’s biggest fan

Continuous improvement junkie

Committed to your own and other’s growth

Risk savvy

Eligibility:

Familiar with I&AM tools and Lifecycle management

Ability to write test documentation such as test plans, scripts and reports.

Skilled at testing process and methodologies.

Experience and Knowledge in User Access Review, Active Directory, GCP and AWS.

Good experience on incident and request managements

Provided use cases and business processes for support groups on role, entitlement, provisioning

Experience working with project management methodologies- agile development methodology, Implemented Agile (Scrum) Methodology that includes daily scrum with team.

Have excellent technical, analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with individuals at all levels and can work as a part of a team as well as independently

Experience on documentation process -Process documentation internally capturing all the information necessary to properly execute a business process within squad and domain

Total 5-6 years of experience in and preferred 2 years of I &AM domain

Interpersonal communication and writing skills.

Customer focus and good relationship management skills.

B.Tech/B.E/BCA-MCA/ B.Sc(computers)
