NeGD Recruitment 2022: National e-Governance Division (NeGD) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Director on a deputation basis. According to the official notification released by NeGD state that, there are 02 vacancies for this post. Eligible candidate can send their application in the prescribed proforma (Annexure IV in Notification) through the proper channel to the undersigned by 16.01.2023.

Candidates who had applied earlier in response to this Department’s Circulars in this regard need to apply afresh. Applications not received through proper channels and not accompanied by a vigilance clearance/integrity certificate and attested copy of APARs for the last five years, shall not be considered.

Eligibility Required for NeGD Recruitment:

Director (Capacity Building)-

Officers of the Central & State Government, PSUs, Autonomous and Statutory bodies of the Government of India, States & UT Govt

  1. Hold analogous posts regularly in the Parent Cadre/ Department. OR
  2. With 2 years of regular service in the Pay Level 13A in Pay Matrix (Rs.131100-216600) (Grade Pay of Rs. 8900/- pre-revised) OR
  3. with 3 years of regular service in the Pay Level 13 in the Pay Matrix (Rs.123100-215900) (Grade Pay of Rs.8700/- pre-revised)

Director (Awareness and Communication)-

Officers of the Central & State Government, PSUs, Autonomous and Statutory bodies of the Government of India, States & UT Govt

The Experience and Qualifications for NeGD Recruitment 2022 are given below:

Director (Capacity Building)-

Essential Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University/ Institute in a suitable discipline.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

Post-Graduation in a suitable discipline and/or MBA/PGDM (preferably in Human Resources) ISTD Diploma Experience in Training and e-Learning

Experience

16 years of experience in Central & State Governments, PSUs, Autonomous and Statutory bodies of the Government of India, States & UT Govt. Having at least 5 years of experience in Capacity Building, Knowledge Management, and e-Governance Training in a computerized environment.

Director (Awareness and Communication)-

Essential Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Institute in a suitable discipline

Desirable Qualification

Post -Graduation in a suitable discipline and/or MBA/PGDM (preferably in Mass Communication)

Experience

16 years of experience in Central & State Government, PSUs, Autonomous or Statutory bodies of the Government of India, States & UT Govt. Having at least 5 years of diverse experience in Awareness and Communication in IT/e Governance Functions in a leadership role in the conceptualization, implementation evaluation, and assessment of projects

Age Criteria for NeGD Recruitment:

The Age Criteria for NeGD Recruitment 2022 are given below:

Director (Capacity Building)- The maximum age limit in case of recruitment by deputation shall not exceed 58 years on the closing date of receipt of the application.

Director (Awareness and Communication)- The maximum age limit in case of recruitment by deputation shall not exceed 58 years on the closing date of receipt of the application

Pay level for NeGD Recruitment:

The Pay level for NeGD Recruitment 2022 are given below:

Director (Capacity Building)- Pay Matrix Level- 14 PB-4 -Rs. 37400-67000 Grade Pay -Rs. 10000

Director (Awareness and Communication)- Pay Matrix Level – 14 PB-4 Rs37400-67000 Grade Pay – Rs.10000

Contract Period for NeGD Recruitment:

The initial period of deputation shall be for two years, extendable as per Government instructions subject to requirements of NeGD.
