Chennai Metro Rail Recruitment 2022: Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) has notified and invited applications from eligible and experienced Indian Railway Officials on a deputation basis for the Post of DGM/JGM (Civil) on a contract basis. There is one vacancy for the post. The chosen candidate would be appointed and deployed to Chennai. The candidate’s maximum age for the position of DGM shall not exceed 45 years. However, for the position of JGM, the applicant must be under the age of 50.
The age limit will be relaxed for deserving candidates. Candidates are requested to apply online in advance before the actual closing date and send the Hard copy of the application form with requisite documents to CMRL on or before 16.01.2023.
Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) is inviting applications for the Post of DGM/JGM (Civil) and there is only one vacancy for the Post.
For the Post of DGM, the maximum age of the candidate shall not be above 45 years. But for the Post of JGM, the age should be below 50 years. The age Limit will be relaxed for deserving candidates.
i. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering from a recognized Institute / University.
ii. For DGM post – Should be in JAG grade in Group (A) with a proven track record of a minimum of 6 years of experience in the execution of large Infrastructure projects.
iii. For JGM post – Should be in SG grade in Group (A) with a proven track record of a minimum of 15 years of experience in the execution of large Infrastructure projects.
(i) The deputations shall have the option either to draw pay being drawn in the parent organization with deputation allowance and project allowance at 10% of Basic Pay each.
(or)
(ii) To draw equivalent cadre IDA pay scale in CMRL with IDA, HRA, and Cafeteria Allowance (20% of Basic Pay).
The initial period of deputation for the candidate selected for the Post will be for a period of 3 years, which shall be extendable up to 5 years.
Eligible and interested candidates are required to apply online on CMRL Website under the careers section as per the Chennai Metro Rail Recruitment 2022 Notification.
After submitting the online application form, candidates are required to save & print the computer-generated online application form, affix the latest passport-size photo, and should send the HARD Copy of the application form along with self-attested copies of the required documents through the forwarding authority to the Additional General Manager (Hr) Chennai Metro Rail Limited Metros Anna Salai Road, Nandanam, Chennai – 600 035 on or before 16.01.2023.
The application envelope containing the application form should be superscribed with “Employment Notification No.” and “Post applied for”. Candidates are requested to apply online in advance before the actual closing date and send the Hard copy of the application form with requisite documents to CMRL.
The last date for the receipt of the application is on or before 16.01.2023.
