Bharat Petroleum Recruitment 2022: Bharat Petroleum is inviting applications from professionals having experience in the field to appoint them as Experience R & D Professionals. Selected Candidates would be on Probation for a period of one year from the date of joining. The initial posting /assignment might be at BPCL’s Corporate R&D Centre (CRDC) in Greater Noida as per the Bharat Petroleum Recruitment 2022 advertisement.
The eligible candidate should be below 35 years of age for the General / EWS Category. The last date for reckoning age and all other eligibility criteria shall be 1st March 2023. The applications will be accepted from 16th December 2022 to 31st December 2022 at 23:59 hours.
Applications are inviting R & D professionals for their appointment in Carbon Capture and Utilization and Green Hydrogen.
The initial posting/assignment might be at BPCL’s Corporate R&D Centre (CRDC) in Greater Noida. The services thereafter will be transferable as per the requirement of the Corporation, in any of the existing /future BPCL locations.
The eligible candidate should be below 35 years of age for the General / EWS Category. The last date for reckoning age and all other eligibility criteria shall be 1st March 2023.
The age relaxations will be applicable to the candidates belonging to different categories (OBC-NCL/ SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Ex-Servicemen) as per the Presidential Directives. Cumulative relaxation in age for one/more than one category taken together shall be limited to a maximum of 10 years.
For Carbon Capture and Utilization:
The eligible candidate shall hold a Ph.D. degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/ Material Science & Engineering. The candidate should have secured a minimum of 65% marks (aggregate marks of all semesters/years) in all Graduate and Postgraduate degree examinations, relaxed to 55% for SC/ST/PWD.
For Green Hydrogen:
Ph.D. degree in Electrochemical Engineering / Material Science & Engineering or closely related fields with a specialization in Green Hydrogen Technologies.
The candidate should have secured a minimum of 65% marks (aggregate marks of all semesters /years) in all Graduate and Postgraduate degree examinations, relaxed to 55% for SC /ST/PWD.
For Carbon Capture and Utilization:
Minimum 1-year research experience from reputed national or international laboratories, in the areas of CO2 separation and utilization.
For Green Hydrogen:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on research experience in the areas of green hydrogen energy systems such as electrolyzers, fuel cells, and hydrogen storage.
Note:
Teaching Experience will not be considered as relevant work experience.
Research Work carried out during the course of acquiring a Ph.D. will not be considered as relevant work experience
Candidates who are eligible for the Post JG A1 (equivalent to E2 in DPE pay level) will be placed at Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 1,60,000 (19.16 lakhs per annum).
The eligible candidate for the Post of JG A2 (equivalent to E3 in DPE pay level) on the Pay Scale Rs. 60,000 – Rs. 1,80,000 and will be 22.70 lakhs per annum.
The selected candidate placed on the JG B (equivalent to E4 in DPE pay level) and will be placed on the Pay Scale Rs. 70,000 – Rs. 2,00,000 (27.50 lakhs per annum).
Selected Candidates would be on Probation for a period of one year from the date of joining (extendable in case of non-satisfactory performance). Upon successful completion of the probation period, the candidate will be considered for confirmation as per company policy.
The multi-stage selection process may comprise various shortlisting tools like Application Screening (on basis of the number of years of relevant work experience / educational qualification, number of patents (wherever applicable)/ publications in high-impact journals, etc.), Written /Computer Based Test, Case-Based Discussion, Group Task, Personal Interview, etc.
