Dream Sports is hiring an experienced Associate/Senior Associate – Product Operations at their Mumbai location. Product Operations is a cross-functional role designed to guarantee successful collaborative work among all teams connected to the product life cycle e.g. the people who are building the product—product managers, design and engineering, as well as support functions such as Sports Operations, Marketing and Customer Support.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

Planning and executing promotional campaigns, to affect metrics like activation, retention, and conversion

Enabling product and content team to drive experimentation across communication channels

Owning MIS for the business function and drives learnings for the same

Working with product, content, and business analytics teams in collecting and analyzing product data and metrics

Conducting user research to identify user needs and market gaps.

Eligibility:

1-2 years of prior work experience with a keen interest in operations

Comfortable with SQL and Excel with an eye for business metrics
