According to the official notification released by Indian Railway Recruitment 2023, there is only 01 vacancy for the post of Chief Executive Officer.
The candidate will be appointed on a deputation basis of 3 years which can be extended up to 3 more years but not beyond 65 years.
Candidates with an age up to 61 years (on 26.12.2022) can apply for this job post, but the candidate shall not exceed 65 years of age during the appointment period.
Candidate must have 25 years of experience in the railway of which at least five years in SAG and above.
Candidate must have experience in the construction of new gauge conversion doubling of railway line or railway operations involving traffic movement as the job entails management of the construction of a large railway system being developed under a joint venture and coordination with all stakeholders for its commissioning and handling operational issues during the concession period.
The salary will be as per the deputation condition from the railway board without any scope for permanent absorption in the company.
