• Post Graduate Degree in professional course M. E./ M. Tech. (ECE/E&I Engg.) in first division both at the Graduate and Post Graduate levels.
• Postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Physics/Applied Physics in first division with NET qualification.

Age Limit for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

The Interested candidates should be a maximum of 28 years as on the date of Walk-in-interview. The upper age limit shall be relaxable for the candidate’s belongings to SC, ST and OBC as per Govt. of India orders.
