KMRL Recruitment 2023: Kochi Metro Rail Limited (KMRL) is inviting applications for the post of Executive (HR)/Asst. Executive (HR). As per the KMRL Recruitment notification, there is only 01 vacancy. The selected candidate will be appointed on a regular basis. The selected candidate will get a monthly salary up to Rs- 140000.
Kochi Metro Rail Limited (KMRL) is a 50:50 Joint Venture of the Government of India and The government of Kerala was incorporated for the implementation of the Kochi Metro Rail project and for its Operation & Maintenance. Candidates above the age of 32 years are not eligible to apply for this job post. Candidate meeting the below-mentioned eligibility criteria have to apply online on or before the last date. As per KMRL Recruitment 2023 notification, there is only 01 vacancy for the post of Executive (HR) (E1)/Asst. Executive (HR) (E0).
Candidate applying for this post must have full-time regular graduation in any discipline and with Two years’ full-time REGULAR Post Graduate MBA (HR) Degree / PG Diploma in Management with specialization in HR from any AICTE recognized Institution/ University with a minimum 60% marks. Candidates with a law degree will be desirable.
Candidate should have a minimum 2/3 year of post-qualification experience in various aspects of HR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations in Public Sector undertakings or in large and reputed private companies.
The maximum age limit for applying for the post of Executive (HR) should have not crossed the age of 32 years. Candidate applying for the post of Asst. Executive (HR) should not exceed the age of 30 years.
Selected candidate for the post of Executive (HR) will get a monthly salary of Rs. 30000 and the candidate selected as Asst. Executive (HR) will get a monthly salary of Rs. 40000-140000.
