RCF Recruitment 2023: Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd) is a leading profit-making company in manufacturing and marketing Fertilizers. RCF has announced the notification regarding the 18 vacancies for the post of Officer (Marketing). The applicants should have secured a minimum of 60% in the Final year of the Postgraduation degree/diploma. As per the official notification of RCF recruitment 2023, the upper age limit to apply for the post is 34 years. Candidates applying for RCF recruitment 2023 will be given a monthly remuneration between Rs. 40000 to Rs. 140000.
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of qualifications and experience. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Online Tests and Personal Interviews. All the details regarding the interview will be intimated through an admit card available on the official website of RCF. Intimation for downloading the call letter will also be sent through email/SMS. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of RCF. The last date for submitting the application form is 29th January 2023.
As per the official notification of RCF recruitment 2023, the vacancy is open for the post of Officer (Marketing). There are a total of 18 vacancies for the given post.
Candidates applying for RCF recruitment 2023 will be given a monthly remuneration between Rs. 40000 to Rs. 140000.
The minimum total Monthly Gross salary works out to Rs. 78000 (Approx.) including Basic Pay +VDA (34.8%)+Perks (34%)+HRA (27% for class A cities/applicable rates for other places). The employee is entitled to company accommodation (Accommodation in the Company’s township will be provided in Thal Unit and is subject to availability in Trombay Unit). Performance Related Pay (PRP), Free Medical Facility for self and dependents, Gratuity, Contributory Provident Fund, Accident Insurance, Pension Schemes and Social Security Schemes as per Company rules.
The maximum age limit is different for every category which is given below-
Additional Concession for Children/family members of the victims of the 1984 riots- 5 Years
Regular and full-time UGC/AICTE/ICAR recognized Science/Engineering/Agriculture graduate of a minimum of 3 or 4 years
Experience– Minimum 2 years of Sales and Marketing experience as of 01.04.2022 preferably in agro related industry after prescribed qualification. The period of training will not be counted in the requisite experience period duration.

Based on the performance of the candidates in the online test, eligible candidates will be provisionally called for personal interview tentatively in the ratio of 1:7 i.e. 7 eligible candidates for 1 post.

Candidates are required to pay Rs. 1000 as the application fee and SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM/Female candidates are exempted from payment of a fee.
