NLC India Recruitment 2023: NLC India Limited has released the notification regarding the extension of the last date for the post of Junior Overman (Trainee), Junior Surveyor (Trainee) and Sirdar (Selection Grade-I). As per the NLC India Recruitment notification, there are total 213 vacancies. Selected candidates will be posted in Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan and Odisha. The maximum age limit for this job post is 30 years. Selected candidates will get a monthly salary on the grade scale S1 and SG1.
NLC India Limited (NLCIL), is a premier ‘NAVRATNA’ Public Sector Enterprise with an Annual Turnover (Consolidated) of INR. 11,947.94 crores (FY. 2021-22) is spreading its wings in the frontiers of Mining (Lignite & Coal), Thermal Power generation and Renewable energy. The Corporate Plan of the Company has many ambitious expansion schemes for massive capacity augmentation in the years to come. Candidates will be selected through the written test of 100 marks. The written test doesn’t have any negative markings. Candidate meeting the eligibility criteria below must apply online on or before the last date. The last date for filling the application form is now extended to 31.01.2023. The incomplete application will be summarily REJECTED.

There are total 213 vacancies.
Candidate applying for the post of Junior Overman (Trainee) should have a diploma in Mining or Mining engineering or other equivalent qualification approved on that behalf by the Central Government and a Valid Overman’s Certificate of Competency from DGMS under Coal Mines Regulation 2017 or any certificate in Mining which entitled to work as Overman as per Coal Mines Regulation 2017 and candidate should also have valid First Aid Certificate.
Candidate applying for the post of Junior Surveyor (Trainee) should have a diploma in Mining (or) Diploma in Mining Engineering (or) Diploma in Mine Surveying (or) Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (or) National Trade Certificate (NTC) in Surveying and candidate should also have Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency as per CMR 2017
Candidates applying for the Sirdar (Selection Grade-I) post should have a diploma or Degree in any subject other than Mining Engineering. The candidate should also have a Mining Sirdar Certificate of Competency issued by DGMS and a valid First Aid Certificate. Candidates with having Diploma in Mining with Overman Competency Certificate issued by DGMS and a valid First Aid Certificate can also apply for this job post.
Candidates applying for the above-mentioned post should not have crossed the age of 30 years.
Selected candidates for the post of Junior Overman (Trainee) and Junior Surveyor (Trainee) will get a monthly salary of S1 grade and the selected candidates for the post of Sirdar (Selection Grade-I) will get a monthly salary of SG1.
Candidates will be selected through a written test of 100 marks.
