India Exim Bank Recruitment 2023: India Exim Bank is an all-India premier financial institution engaged in financing, facilitating, and promoting India’s international trade. India Exim Bank is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Officers on Contract (OC) for various departments. There are a total of 30 vacancies for the given posts. The last date has been extended from 27th January 2023 to 10th February 2023. As per the official notification of Exim Bank recruitment 2023, the upper age limit is different for every post which is given below in the article. For candidates applying for Exim Bank recruitment 2023, remuneration will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, overall suitability, last drawn salary of the candidate and market benchmark.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of interviews. The date and time of the interview will be advised to the shortlisted candidates later. Candidates belonging to General and OBC candidates have to pay Rs. 600 as the application fee and candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD/EWS category have to pay Rs. 100. Tenure – The appointment is for a period of 3 years and will be extendable by 2 years based on satisfactory performance and the Bank’s requirements.
According to the officail notification of India Exim Bank Recruitment 2023, the upper age limit is given below-
For Compliance and Environmental Social & Governance (ESG) Compliance- The upper age limit is 60 years.
For Information Technology, Corporate Communications, GRID/MAS, Administration, Research and Analysis Officer, Loan Operations & Loan Monitoring and Risk Management Group- The upper age limit is 35 years.
For Information Technology- The upper age limit is 28 years.
For Human Resources- The upper age limit is 50 years.
For Legal- The upper age limit is 30 years.
For Special Situations Group- The upper age limit is 27 years.
The remuneration will be offered based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, overall suitability, last drawn salary the candidate and market benchmark. Salary shall not be a limiting factor for suitable candidates.
The remuneration will have 70% fixed and 30% variable components. The variable component will be based on the performance of the candidate.
Candidates applying for India Exim Bank Recruitment 2023, candidate must have the given below qualifications-
For OC - Compliance- MBA, with specialization in Finance and/or Chartered Accountant (CA)/Degree in Engineering. OR
MBA/PGDBA course should be of a minimum 2-year full-time duration with a specialization in Finance. In the case of CA passing die professional examination is sufficient.
Minimum 60% aggregate marks/equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA), in both Graduation and Post-Graduation.
For OC – Environmental Social & Governance (ESG) Compliance Degree in Engineering, Environmental Management, Environmental Sciences, or relevant field.
Minimum 60% aggregate marks/ equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA) in both Graduation and Post-Graduation.
For OC – Information Technology-
Graduation Degree with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade in BCA / B.E. B. Tech in Computer Science Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication or Post-Graduation with minimum 60% marks in MCA/MTech in CS/IT from a recognized university institute.
For OC – Corporate Communications- Master’s Corporate degree or PGDM in Mass Communication/ Communication/Advertising/Journalism or related fields, with minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
