India Post Payment Bank Recruitment 2023: India Post Payment Bank was successful in the computerization and networking of Post offices during the first phase of big-bang IT induction during 2012-2022. India Post Payment Bank is inviting applications from Information Technology Professionals for the posts of Junior Associate, Assistant Manager, Manager, Senior Manager and Chief Manager. There are a total of 41 vacancies for the given posts. As per the official notification of India Post Bank recruitment 2023, the upper age limit is 55 years. The place of posting for India Bank recruitment 2p23 will be Chennai/Delhi/Mumbai. However, officers may be posted anywhere in India. According to the notification of India Bank recruitment 2023, the officers on Deputation from DoP will be compensated with the parent pay drawn by the concerned officer/employee plus deputation allowance (as per DoPT guidelines).
Candidates will be selected on the basis of interviews, group discussions or online tests. Tenure– The appointment is made on a deputation basis for a period of 2 years and may be extended for a further period of 1 year, after mutual agreement.

As given in the official notification of India Post Payment Bank Recruitment 2023, the salary is given below-
Officers on Deputation from DoP will be compensated with the parent pay drawn by the concerned officer/employee plus deputation allowance (as per DoPT guidelines) thereon plus a project allowance at 20% of the last drawn basic pay.
Other allowances & benefits shall also be paid as per that of the parent organization except the following-
i. Travel and halting allowances shall be paid as per the eligibility of deputed staff with respect to the equivalency matrix and extant policy/ guidelines of the Bank.
ii. The Bank shall be providing vehicles as per the eligibility of deputed staff with respect to the equivalency
matrix and guidelines of the Bank. In all such cases, TA and DA on TA shall not be payable to the deputed officer/employee.
iii. In cases where leased accommodation is provided by the Bank, HRA shall not be payable to the deputed officer/employee. Leased accommodation shall be as per the eligibility of deputed staff in respect to the equivalency matrix and guidelines of the Bank.
As given in the official notification of India Post Payment Bank Recruitment 2023, the candidate must have the given below qualifications-
For Junior Associate (IT)- Any Graduate.
Candidates with a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology/BCA/MSC in Information Technology or Computer Science/MCA will be given preference.
For Assistant Manager (IT)- Any Graduate.
Candidate with a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of
Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology/MSC in Information Technology or Computer Science/BCA/MCA will be given preference.
For Senior Manager- Any Graduate.
Candidate with a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology/BCA/MSC in
Information Technology or Computer Science/MCA will be preferred.
For Chief Manager- Any Graduate.
Candidate with a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology/BCA/MSC in
Information Technology or Computer Science/MCA will be preferred.
For Manager- Any Graduate.
Candidates with a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology/BCA/MSC in Information Technology or Computer Science/MCA will be preferred.
