IPPB Recruitment 2023: India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) is hiring eligible candidates for the post of Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS), who will play a key role in lead generation, direct sales, coordination and generation of business through Business Correspondent arrangement between DoP and IPPB. As per the official IPPB Recruitment 2023 notification, there are only 59 vacancies for this post. The recruitment will be conducted on the basis of a Personal Interview. The selected candidates will be positioned at various offices in the Assam and North East Circle.
The last date for application submission is 1st March 2023. Admit cards for Personal Interviews will be released on 15th March 2023, and the interviews will be conducted in the month of March/April 2023.

The qualification required for this recruitment has been mentioned below:
As per the official recruitment notification, a minimum experience of 2 years as a GDS is required.
Note: The applicant should have no vigilance/ disciplinary case pending against him/ her and should also not be serving punishment at the time of applying.
For this recruitment, the minimum age limit should not be less than 20 years and the maximum age limit should not be more than 35 years (as of 15th February 2023).
Note: Candidates should have been born no earlier than 15/02/1988 and no later than 01/02/2003 (both dates included).
The monthly consolidated salary for this Recruitment will be Rs 30000 (inclusive of statutory deductions and contributions as applicable to the GDS engaged to IPPB as Executives.
Note: Tax deductions will be done as per Income Tax Act, considering the amendments from time to time.
For this recruitment, the tenure of engagement shall be for a period of 2 years and is further extendable by 1 year, subject to satisfactory performance, if required, as per the Bank’s business requirements and in the exigencies of public services.
As per the official IPPB Recruitment 2023 notification, The selection will be done on the basis of a Personal Interview, which will be conducted by the Bank at various locations in Assam and North East Circle. In case of the number of applications received are more than the anticipated vacancies, the Bank reserves the right to include Group Discussion in the engagement process.
