ICFRI Recruitment 2023: The Office of Group Coordinator (Research), Forest Research Institute, The Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education (ICFRE), Dehradun has invited the Local Candidates with duly completed Applications meeting Eligible for 02 Posts; 1) Junior Project Fellow (JPF) and 2) Research Associate on Contractual Bases to work under the Assigned Projects as has been published in the ICFRE Recruitment 2023 Notification
Based on the ICFRE Recruitment 2023 Notification there are 03 Vacancies to be filled up with Appointments of Suitable Candidates as 01) Junior Project Fellow (01 Vacancy) and 02) Research Associate (02 Vacancies) under the Monthly Fellowship Amount. The Eligible Candidates with Willingness may apply in the Prescribed Specimen Application Proforma in accordance with the ICFRE Recruitment 2023 Notification.
According to the ICFRE Recruitment 2023 Notification issued, the Last Date for Eligible Candidates with Interest on the Contractual Engagement is 2nd March 2023 (02.03.2023). The Notified Date (02.03.2023) in the ICFRE Recruitment 2023 Advertisement stands for the Walk-in- Interviews, Last Date as well. The Eligible Candidates with Willing may report in the Board Room Premises of the ICFRE on the Appointed Date 02.03.2023 (Sharp 09:00 AM) for participating in the Walk-in Interviews.
As notified in the ICFRE Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, there are 03 Vacancies as follows:
Post Names:
01) Junior Project Fellow: 01 Vacancy
02) Research Associate: 02 Vacancies
Vacancy: 03 Nos.
Based on the ICFRE Recruitment 2023, Monthly Fellowship accruing to the Selected Candidates are as explained hereunder:
01) Junior Project Fellow: Rs.20000 (Rupees Twenty Thousand) Consolidated only
02) Research Associate: Rs.47000 (Rupees Forty-Seven Thousand) only Plus HRA
Based on the ICFRE Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Upper Age Limits for the Posts Research Associates (RA) and Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/Junior Project Fellow (JPF) as on 01.06.2023 are as follows:
01) Research Associates (RA) Post:
The General Category Candidate should be aged Maximum 35 Years.
02) Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/Junior Project Fellow (JPF)
The General Category Candidate should be aged Maximum 28 Years.
Relaxation in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved Community as per the India Government Rule.
Eligibility for ICFRE Recruitment 2023:
01) Junior Project Fellow: Master of Science with 1st Class in the Relevant Subject/ Discipline.
Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in the relevant Subject/Bachelor of Engineering/Technology Degree in the Subject Specific Subject.
Research Associate:
Essential Qualification:
a) Philosophiae Doctor (Ph.D.)/Doctor Philosophiae Thesis Submit (NET)
b) Evidence of 01 Research Paper published from the Ph.D. Thesis.
Desirable:
a) Capable of Extensive Touring
b) Knowledge of MS Office and Computer Application
Selection for Appointment on Both Posts 01) Junior Project/Research Fellow and Research Associate Posts shall be carried through by way of Walk-in Interviews scheduled on 02.03.2023.
The Persons selected on the notified Posts will be appointed initially for 01 Year or up to the Project Completion Period, whichever being Earlier. However, the Contractual Duration may be extended as per the ICFRE Rules.
