BEL Recruitment 2023: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the post of Project Office (HR)-I. As per the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023, there are a total of 05 vacancies for the given post. According to the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023, the upper age limit is 32 years. The selected candidate for the post of Project Officer will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 55000.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test followed by an interview. All the details regarding the interview will be intimated to shortlisted candidates through email. As given in the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023, eligible candidates can download the application form from the official website and send it along with all relevant documents by post to Dy. Manager (HR), Bharat Electronics Limited, Sahibabad Industrial Area, Ghaziabad – 201010. Candidates have to pay Rs. 472 as the application fee.

The upper age limit will be relaxable for OBC candidates by 03 years. For candidates belonging to the PwBD category having a minimum 40% disability or more will get 10 years’ relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories mentioned above.
As per the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be given a monthly salary as given below-
1st year– Rs. 40,000.
2nd year- Rs. 45,000.
3rd year- Rs. 50,000.
4th year- Rs. 55,000.
Additional benefits payable- Rs.12,000 per year towards insurance premiums, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear allowance, etc.
Candidates applying for BEL recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications-
Graduate Degree and Two years Full-time MBA/MSW/ PG Degree / PG Diploma in Human Resources Mgt. / Industrial Relations / Personnel Mgt. Candidates applying for the post should possess 55% and above for General/EWS/OBC.
Experience– The candidate should possess minimum of two years of relevant post-qualification industrial experience after PG Degree/Diploma.
