As per the CRIS Recruitment 2023 official notification, there is only 01 vacancy for the post of Director (Finance).

Qualification Required for CRIS Recruitment 2023:

Candidates should have a bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance with a good academic record from a recognized University or Master’s/MBA in Finance/Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant. Candidates from the Central Government/Armed Forces of the Union/All India Services will be exempted from the educational qualification as per above provided the applicants have the relevant experience as mentioned below for Director/Finance

Experience Required for CRIS Recruitment 2023:

Candidates from the Central Government/Armed Forces of the Union/All India Services should possess adequate experience at a senior level of management in a large organization of repute. Academic background and Professional experience and exposure to Financial Management, Accounting, and dealing with financing institutions, would be given due weightage during selection. Candidates from CPSEs/SPSEs/Private Sector should possess minimum 20 years of experience in the area of Financial Systems and Accounting of which at least 3 years should be at senior management level in commercial accounting/company accounts and experience in dealing with tenders/contracts during the preceding ten years.

Salary for CRIS Recruitment 2023:

The selected candidates will get a monthly salary on a pay scale level 15 (Rs. 182200-224100). Mention below is the salary for CRIS Recruitment 2023:

(i) Candidates from Central Government/All India Services should be holding a post of the level of Joint Secretary in the Government of India or carrying an equivalent scale of pay on the date of application.
(ii) Candidates from the Armed Forces of the Union should be holding a post of the level of Major General in the Army or equivalent rank in the Navy/Air force on the date of application.
(iii) Candidates from CPSES should be working in the scale of pay of Rs. 51,300- 73,000/- (IDA – post 01.01.2007) or Rs. 1,20,200-2,80,000/- (IDA post 01.01.2017) or higher.
(iv) Candidates from Autonomous Bodies/Societies under the Central/State Government in SAG equivalent grade/pay scale or higher would be eligible.
(v) Candidates from the State Public Sector Enterprises/Private Sector should be working at a Board level position or at a post immediately below the Board level on the date of application.
(vi) Government officers working on deputation in PSUs/autonomous bodies etc. would be treated at par with their peers in the parent cadre and on the basis of their grade/pay scale in the parent cadre.

Age Limit for CRIS Recruitment 2023:

As per the CRIS Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates applying for the above mention job post should be below the age of 55 years.

Tenure for CRIS Recruitment 2023:

The selected candidate will be appointed for a tenure of 05 years or till the age of superannuation. The age of superannuation is 60 years.
