NEET PG 2023 Counselling Begin Soon: Check Counselling Process, Important Documents

NEET PG 2023 Counselling: The National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test – Postgraduate (NEET PG 2023) counseling schedule is expected to be released soon by the Medical Counselling Committee MCC. According to many media reports, the NEET PG counseling process will likely begin in July; however, the actual schedule will be published on the Committee’s official website.

NEET PG 2023: Counselling Process

MCC, which is part of the Ministry of Health’s Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), will conduct NEET PG counseling in 2023 for 50% All India Quota (AIQ) seats, 100% Deemed/Central University seats, and 100% all India open DNB seats. Counseling is held throughout the country for admission to state medical and dental colleges, as well as central and deemed universities.

Counselling Round: MCC organizes four rounds of NEET PG 2023 All India Quota counseling – round 1, round 2, mop-up, and stray vacancy. In each round, applicants must first register and then fill out their preferences. It is essential to keep in mind that if an applicant fails to get a desired seat at his or her selected college/university, they can choose to participate in the next round of counseling.

Initial Process For Counselling Registration

• Initial counseling registration will include payment of a non-refundable registration fee and a refundable security deposit.
• Going through all the available choices and locking the preferred choices.
• Round 1 Process of Seat Allocation
• Declaration of Round-1 results on the MCC website.
• Reporting to the assigned Medical/Dental College against 1st Round.
• If a candidate fails to get a desired seat in his or her selected college/university, he or she may participate in the next round of counseling.
