Age Limit for Braithwaite Recruitment 2023:

•  General Manager (Civil) E7 Grade the maximum age limit is 55 years
• Manager (Business Development & Marketing) E4 Grade the maximum age limit is 46 years
• Safety Officer E0 Grade,System Engineer E0 Grade the maximum age limit is 35 years
• Supervisor (Inspection &Quality Control)- NUS S1 & NUS S2 Gr. and Supervisor (Design & Drawing)- NUS S1 & NUS S2 Gr the maximum age limit is NUS S1 is 32 years and NUS S2 Gr is 35 years
• Supervisor (Maintenance) the maximum age limit is 32 years
• Safety Assistant Staff Grade: A, Project Assistant Staff Grade: A, Stores Assistant Staff Grade: A, and Technician Maintenance (Semi-Skilled) the maximum age limit is 30 years

Eligibility for Braithwaite Recruitment 2023:

Manager (Business Development & Marketing) E4 Grade

Post Qualification Experience: 10 years Experience in PSU / Govt. Sector must. Experience in the following areas is required:

• Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Identifying new markets, conducting research, and customer needs.
• Arranging business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promoting the Company’s products and services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Should be able to work independently and lead a team of professionals

System Engineer E0 Grade

Post Qualification Experience: 5 years Minimum 5 years Experience in PSU / Govt. Sector must.

• Experience in Hardware Maintenance, Networking (LAN & WAN), Firewall & VPN configuration and End User Support.
• Experience in Firewall, IT Security, CCTV & Networking Installation and Maintenance, management of IT assets cloud server, on-premises server, storages, eOffice, email, e-procurement operation, Compliances including maintenance of upgrades, patches, and entire back-office support activities.

Safety Assistant Staff Grade: A 

Post Qualification Experience: Minimum Five years experience in any Production / Manufacturing facility with exposure to various Industrial Safety related activities. Experience in PSU / Govt. Sector must.

• Experience in Supervisory functions on Shop Floor, maintaining records, and allied functions in assisting Executives.
• Experience in maintaining safety standards of workers and workplace and coordination with safety department/safety officer to ensure incident free workdays.
• Working knowledge of Computers in ERP enabled environment

Stores Assistant Staff Grade: A 

Post-Qualification Experience: Minimum Five years Experience in PSU / Govt. Sector must.

• Experience in Stores Operation in Manufacturing / Engineering industry.
• Supply chain Management & Inventory control.
• Should be able to coordinate with Production, Purchase, Finance & other Deptts.
• Working knowledge of Computers in ERP enabled environment

Technician Maintenance ( Semi -Skilled) 

Minimum Ten years of shop-floor experience in Fabrication / Manufacturing facilities of PSU / Govt. in any of the following:

• Mechanical: Maintenance of Machine Tools, EOT Cranes, Hydraulic Systems, Water Systems, Pumps etc.
• Electrical: 6.6KV Power Systems, Distribution Systems, LT Motors, Drives, CNC Systems, Solenoid, EOT cranes, etc.
