MPMRCL Recruitment 2023: Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MPMRCL) is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of General Manager, Additional General Manager, Joint General Manager, Senior Deputy General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Manager, and Assistant Manager on a Deputation/contract/Re-employment basis. As per the MPMRCL Recruitment 2023 official notification, there are 07 vacancies. Candidates appointed on a Deputation basis, the initial tenure will be for 3 years extendable upto 5 years or upto the age of superannuation whichever is earlier. Candidates appointed on a Contract basis, the initial tenure will be for 3 years extendable upto 5 years or upto age of 60 years whichever is earlier. Candidates appointed on a Re-employment basis, the initial tenure will be for 1-year extendable upto 5 years or upto the age of 65 years whichever is earlier, on yearly basis.
As per the MPMRCL Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates will get a monthly salary up to Rs. 280000. The maximum age limit for each post varies. General Manager and Additional General Manager
Candidates should have a B.E./B. Tech. in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a Govt. recognized university/institute.
Joint General Manager and Senior Deputy General Manager
Candidates should have a B.E./B. Tech. in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a Govt. recognized university/institute.
Deputy General Manager
Candidates should have a B.E./ B.Tech. in Planning/Civil/ Architecture or Equivalent from a Govt. recognized university /institute
Assistant Manager
Candidates should have a ME/M. Tech in Safety along with BE/B.Tech with a minimum COPA score of 6 or 60% marks. OR BE/B. Tech and a one year full-time Degree/Diploma in Safety with a minimum COPA score of 6 or 60% marks. OR BE/B. Tech in Fire & Safety with a minimum COPA score of 6 or 60% marks.

Candidates should have a minimum of 18 years post-qualification experience after obtaining the minimum required qualification, with 5 years of experience in the relevant field/subdomain.
Additional General Manager
Candidates should have a minimum of 15 years post-qualification experience after obtaining the minimum required qualification, with 5 years experience in a relevant field/subdomain.
Joint General Manager
Candidates should have a minimum of 12 years post-qualification experience after obtaining the minimum required qualification, with 3 years of experience in the relevant field/subdomain.
Senior Deputy General Manager
Candidates should have a minimum of 9 years of post-qualification experience after obtaining the minimum required qualification, with 3 years of experience in the relevant field/subdomain.
Deputy General Manager
Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience after obtaining the minimum required qualification, with 3 years of experience in the relevant field/subdomain.
Manager
Candidates should have a Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience after obtaining the minimum required qualification in which is 1 year of experience in relevant fields/subdomains.
Assistant Manager
Candidates should have a Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience after obtaining the minimum required qualification in which 1-year experience in a relevant field/ subdomain.
Candidates applying for the post of General Manager and Additional General Manager, the maximum age limit on a contractual basis is 57 years and on a Deputation basis the maximum age limit is 58 years, for Candidates applying on a Re-employment basis the maximum age limit is 63 years. Candidates applying for the post of Joint General Manager, Senior Deputy General Manager, and Deputy General Manager, the maximum age limit on a contractual and on a Deputation basis is 50 years, for Candidates applying on a Re-employment basis the maximum age limit is 63 years and the candidates applying for the post of Manager and Assistant Managers maximum age limit on a contractual and on a Deputation basis is 45 years, and the Candidates applying on a Re-employment basis the maximum age limit is 63 years.
