Tenure for KWMP Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the Official notification of KWMP Recruitment 2023, candidates will be appointed for a period of one year, which can be performed on the basis of the management.

Age Limit for KWMP Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of KWMP Recruitment 2023, candidates appointed for the Executive – Business Development & Marketing post should have a  maximum age limit of 30 years, and for Assistant – O&M Training, Fitter – Mechanical, and Fitter – FRP post the maximum age limit is 45 years.

Qualification for KWMP Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for the KWMP Recruitment 2023 must have the following qualification

Executive – Business Development & Marketing

Graduate with a full-time MBA from an institute of repute with marketing as one of the main specializations and having a minimum of 60% marks in both.

Assistant – O&M Training

Candidates should have 10 Pass & Serang Certificates (In compliance with KIV rules)

Fitter – Mechanical and FRP

Applicants should have ITI/ITC.

Experience for KWMP Recruitment 2023:

The Experience required for the above-mentioned post is given below.

Executive – Business Development & Marketing

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification field experience in the management of revenue/sales, identification of initiatives for generating new channels of revenue, advertising, and marketing in a Public Sector Organization/ Government Organization/ large private organization of repute.

Assistant – O&M Training

Candidate should have a minimum 2 years in the sea or inland vessels with Serang Certificate

Fitter – Mechanical

Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience, of which 05 years in the area of erection, repair, and maintenance of pumps, diesel generators, compressors, marine engines in relevant fields including Shipyard/Engineering comp

Fitter – FRP

Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience, of which 05 years in the area of FRP-related works in relevant fields including Shipyard/Engineering company/Government /semi-government Establishment.

Salary for KWMP Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of KWMP Recruitment 2023, candidates appointed for Executive – Business Development & Marketing, Fitter – Mechanical, and Fitter – FRP posts will get a monthly salary of Rs. 30000 and for Assistant – O&M Training post applicants will get a salary of Rs.18000.
