CEL Recruitment 2023: Central Electronics Limited (CEL) is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of Chief Manager, Sr. Manager, Manager, Deputy Engineer / Officer, Company Secretary and Management Trainee (HR). As per the CEL Recruitment 2023 official notification, there are 21 vacancies. The maximum age limit for these job posts are vary. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy layer). It shall be relaxed by 10 years for PwD-General, 13 years for PwD-OBC and 15 years for PWD-SC/ST candidates. Age relaxation of 5 years shall be admissible to all persons who had domiciled in the state of J&K during the period from 1st January 1980 to 31st December 1989. The Age limit shall be no bar for exceptionally deserving candidates. Candidates with M.E./ M.Tech. Degree and Ph.d. degree in the relevant field shall be given age relaxation of 02 years and 05 years respectively. However, in no case shall the upper Age limit exceed 55 years, as on 31.05.2023.

Central Electronics Limited is a Govt. of India Enterprise under the Department of Scientific & Industrial Research (DSIR), Ministry of Science & Technology. It was established in 1974 to commercially exploit the indigenous technologies developed by National Laboratories and R&D Institutions in the country. Qualification and Experience Required for CEL Recruitment 2023:

Mention below is the qualification and experience required for CEL Recruitment 2023:

Sr. Manager (HR) / Manager (HR)

Candidates should have B.E/B. Tech degree in Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering with minimum 55% marks from a recognized Institute/ University. He/she should have minimum 14 years of post-qualification industrial experience (minimum 12 years for candidates with M.E./ M.Tech) in designing and developing Microwave components, sub-systems, systems, etc.

Highly Preferable

Candidates with Proficiency in working on MATLAB/SIMULINK and simulation using EDA tools like ADS, HFSS, AWR, etc. Candidates should have worked as a team lead in handling projects. Candidates should have work experience in research/development/ production of defense-related products. Knowledge on defense and airborne standards, documentation and testing as per the customer requirement, covering active phased array radar applications etc.

Sr. Manager (HR) / Manager (HR)

Candidates should be a Graduate along with MBA/PGP/PGDM (02 Years) in Personnel Management/Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification such as 02 years degree/diploma in Labour Welfare/ Industrial Relations /Social Work etc. with minimum 55% marks from a recognized Institute/ University. Candidates should have minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in HR/IR functions. Candidates with a Degree in Law are desirable. Candidates with 09 years of post-qualification experience shall be eligible for Manager (HR).

Security Officer

Candidates should be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized Institute/ University. He/ She should have served in the rank of JCO with minimum 15 years of service in Defence/Paramilitary Forces. A diploma in Fire/ Safety is desirable. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in industrial security and fire safety.

Accounts Officer

Candidates should be a graduate in commerce and passed the final examination of CA/ICWA or MBA in Finance with 02 years post qualification experience in preparation of MIS, periodical profit & loss accounts and balance sheets, and interaction with statutory auditors of CAG and other Govt. agencies. Working experience in ERP systems is essential.
