RFCL Recruitment 2023: Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemical Limited (RFCL) is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of Consultant/Advisor on a contract basis. As per the RFCL Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 06 months which can be extendable on a need basis at the sole direction of management for its Fertilizer Manufacturing Unit at Ramagundam (Telangana). Mention below is the eligibility criteria for RFCL Recruitment 2023:
Advisors (Mechanical & Transportation dept.):
Candidates should be Officers retired/ retiring up to 30th June 2023 from PSU’s from the level of Chief Manager (E6) and above level i.e. Rs. 36600-62000 (old pay scale), Rs. 90000-240000 (revised pay scale) preferably from Fertilizer industry or having relevant experience in Petro-Chemical/ Refinery/ Oil & Gas, Gas-based Urea manufacturing fertilizers sector or any relevant Industries after attaining 60 years of age.
OR
Candidates should be Officers retired/ retiring up to 30th June 2023 from autonomous bodies from the Managerial cadre having CTC not less than 17.62 lakhs, preferably from the Fertilizer industry or having relevant experience in Petro-Chemical/ Refinery/ Oil & Gas, Gas-based Urea manufacturing fertilizers sector autonomous bodies after attaining 60 years of age.
Consultant Post: (Mechanical & Transportation dept.):
Candidates should be Officers retired/ retiring up to 30th June 2023 from PSUs from and below the level of Dy. Manager (E3) i.e. Rs. 24900-50500 (old pay scale), Rs. 60000-180000 (revised pay scale), preferably from the fertilizer industry or having relevant experience in Petro-Chemical/ Refinery/ Oil & Gas, Gas-based Urea manufacturing fertilizers sector PSU /autonomous bodies after attaining 60 years of age.
OR
Candidates should be Officers retired/ retiring up to 30th June 2023 from autonomous bodies from Managerial Cadre having CTC not less than 11.01 lakhs, preferably from the Fertilizer industry or having relevant experience in Gas-based Urea manufacturing fertilizers sector autonomous bodies after attaining 60 years of age.
Mention below is the experience required for RFCL Recruitment 2023:
Mechanical
Candidates should have minimum 20 years of experience preferably in the Mechanical maintenance department of any Fertilizers/ Petro-Chemical/ Refinery/ Oil & Gas or any relevant Industries.
Transportation
Candidates should have minimum 20 years of experience in any fertilizers industry’s transportation department.
As per the RFCL Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates applying for this job post should be below the age of 65 years.
