NFL Recruitment 2023: National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) is looking for qualified candidates for the post of Officer (Company Secretariat). According to the official notification of NFL recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 140000. As per the official notification of NFL recruitment 2023, the candidate should have passed the final examination of the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and member of ICSI. Additional Basic Pay in addition to Industrial Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and, if available, Company Housing. They will also be eligible for additional perks and benefits, such as Leave, Medical Facilities, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Contributory Superannuation Benefit Fund Scheme, Group Personal Accident Insurance, and so on, as and when required and in accordance with NFL rules in effect at the time.

Experience– Candidate should have a Minimum 01-year post qualification professional experience as of the cut-off date in a Secretariat Department of a Central/ State Govt./ CPSE/ SPSE/ Public Limited Company.

Candidates must secure 50% of the marks to clear the Personal Interview. NFL reserves the right to conduct a screening exam in the Delhi-NCR region and/or any other cities in India in order to shortlist candidates for interviews. Candidates can download the admit card from the official website.
