Overview:

United Airlines is hiring an experienced Associate Analyst – Invoicing at their Gurugram location. The Associate Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, reconciling all related incoming invoices per individual contracts, documentation, data entry and report creation.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to coordinating with internal departments any invoice errors/inconsistencies, update Systems with data, maintain documentation, report details of invoices paid and invoices discrepant to leadership on weekly basis, invoice discrepancy resolution and support TechOps, Commercial and Finance teams withing United Express.

What will you be doing:

Invoicing: For entire UAX portfolio

Fleet storage and related MX work invoicing

3rdParty contractor invoiving (audits – Fleet/Records/MRO)

Invoicing (Maintenance)

Airframe maintenance heavy check

Engine shop visit

Parts Maintenance/Exchange Contract

Special projects invoicing

Qualifications for this Job:

Bachelor’s degree

1+ years of supply chain and/or vendor management experience

Knowledge of aircraft, engine and component maintenance programs

Superior attention to accuracy and detail

Proficiency in MS Office tools

Advanced MS Excel skills

Ability to do drill down analysis to identify operational root causes

Ability to manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume data

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Strong communication skills

2+ years of data analytics experience, applying knowledge to solve complex business problems including 2+ years of supply chain and/or vendor management experience

Familiarity with using database querying tools, and data visualization/ reporting tools preferred
