Roles and Responsibilities

• Enforce governance policies for sales enablement content, primarily hosted on Highspot, ensuring quality, relevance, and findability.
• Support sales enablement initiatives by aligning messaging, templates, and sales playbooks through curated content kits and digital rooms.
• Assist the ISO Content Curation and Enablement team with day-to-day activities for efficient operations.
• Analyze reports and communicate insights to Sales and cross-functional teams.
• Use historical data to provide trend analysis and insights for future strategies.

Experience & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, business intelligence, financial analysis, or related fields.
• Advanced analytical and Excel skills (pivot tables), proficient in PowerPoint, and familiarity with databases.
• Strong communication skills to present data and inform sales strategies.
