Overview:

J&J is hiring an experienced Data Integration Expert at their Delhi location. This role provides expertise to support one or more specific domain areas within the IDAR organization.  The Analyst is a member of IDAR who collaborates and supports IDAR, GCO, IT and external partners along with vendors on the conduct of Clinical trials and trial deliverables.  Their principal responsibility is to resolve support issues, gather information for issue escalation, support other CDS team members on issue resolution and participate in some of the ongoing projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Participate on delivering optimized solutions value for R&D stakeholders.
• Actively resolve issues ensure process, functionality of systems enable the ability to conduct clinical trials.
• Support project leaders and team on conduction of projects to ensure the capability of project timelines.
• Train, support an enable processes and procedures to conduct clinical trials.
• Identifies and participates in process, system, and tool improvement initiatives within the clinical trial process.
• Shares expertise with business partners and external partners to ensure continuity of clinical trial process to meet deliverables.
• Works on low to medium complexity projects to ensure quality deliverables agreed upon with internal and external customers.

Principal Relationships:

• Internal: GD Functions, TA, R&D IT. QA
• External (including but not limited to): External supplier and technology partners, industry peers and working groups.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or professional experience equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in data management or clinical trial environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of EDC system preferred.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to take direction and work independently.
• The position does not have reporting or management responsibility.
