Overview:

Paytm is hiring an experienced Merchant Support – Associate/ SA at their Noida location. Candidate has to handle concerns and complaints raised by the merchant day to day basis and make sure the daily task is being closed within the defined TAT with good merchant experience.

What will you be doing:

Managing of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

Creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture

Cohesively work with a lot of people, across functions and teams every day

Coordinate with other departments for compatibility of all aspects of each project

Smart thinking and clear communication

Be a brand ambassador for Paytm: “Stay Hungry, Stay Humble, Stay Relevant!

Troubleshoot merchant problems, identifies the request and takes appropriate measure as

per the guidelines

Provide merchant support by call or email

Excellent merchant service skills that build high levels of merchant satisfaction

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
